Dear friends,

These days, many of us are finding ourselves spending a lot(!!) more time in our homes. This is an excellent opportunity to do some Spring (or Autumn, or equatorial, depending on where you live) cleaning, refresh and renew our “castle,” however big or small it may be.

The online real-estate giant, Redfin, recently asked me to participate in a roundup of quick pointers for creating a meditation space in your home. I wrote:

  • Let it be cozy and inviting, a place where you truly feel called to step out of busyness and come home to yourself.
  • Experiment to find out what feels most comfortable for you to sit on: a chair, meditation cushion, or low bench.
  • To nurture a sense of spaciousness and peace, a small table set simply with a candle, a flower vase, and a picture or other object is enough.

For more pointers, check out the rest of the piece at https://www.redfin.com/blog/tips-for-meditation-space-at-home/ .

Happy nesting to all of us humans – and other species as well!

Always with you on the path,

Barbara
